OTTADE!, a child monitoring service provided by Kansai Electric Power Transmission and Distribution, monitors the activities of your loved ones and provides peace of mind by letting you know where they are.

OTTADE! connects children's safety with parents' peace of mind as they commute to and from school and out and about every day.

When children and other vulnerable members of society encounter troubles such as kidnapping, disappearance, or getting lost, this service quickly detects abnormalities and responds promptly to prevent them from escalating into crime. It also promotes the creation of safer and more secure communities through the deterrent effect of neighborhood participation, creating a townwide monitoring area.

Those being monitored simply walk around with a monitoring device utilizing Beacon technology.
Parents can track their children's location via fixed monitoring spots installed at schools, parks, utility poles, vending machines, convenience stores, and other local businesses, as well as mobile monitoring spots installed by people with smartphones or in taxis with the Watcher app installed.

This new monitoring service combines beacon technology with the latest GPS technology to provide pinpoint location notification and the peace of mind of staying connected anywhere in Japan.

It also features a voice messaging function that enables two-way parent-child communication, useful not only in emergencies such as lost children or disasters, but also during everyday outings. It's easy to use even for young children who have difficulty typing.

In the event of an emergency, you can activate the security alarm to call for help using location information and nearby audio.
