- Phone: This is used to check the device's status.
- Camera: This is used to allow you to attach photos or videos when filing a complaint.

* You can still use the app even if you do not consent to optional access permissions.
* If you do not consent to optional access permissions, some service features may not function properly.
* You can configure access permissions in Settings > Applications > People's e-People > Permissions.
The current issue with the People's e-People app not launching, as well as the issue with https://m.epeople.go.kr/customer/privacy.do, is due to issues with proper operation. The app will be released after confirming the normal operation of People's e-People. Please review this information carefully.
