Users may allow the following permissions for the smooth use of the Tricall app. Each permission is divided into mandatory permissions, which must be allowed, and optional permissions, which can be granted selectively, based on their attributes.

1. Mandatory Permissions

- Location: Permission required to verify the pickup location and provide information on driver requests and assignments.

- Phone: Permission required for user identification and for handling designated driver request information.

※ Access permissions for the Tricall app are implemented by dividing them into mandatory and optional permissions, corresponding to Android OS versions 6.0 and above. If you are using an OS version lower than 6.0, you cannot selectively grant permissions as needed. Therefore, we recommend checking if your device manufacturer provides an OS upgrade function and updating your OS to 6.0 or higher if possible. Additionally, even if the OS is updated, the access permissions previously agreed to by the app do not change. To reset access permissions, you must delete and reinstall the app.

※ You can use the service even if you do not agree to allow access for optional permissions.

※ You can change access permissions in Phone Settings > Apps > Tricall.

** ※ Phone numbers are used solely for user identification, and location information is used for designated driver pickup locations. This information is used only when the app is running and is processed securely using HTTPS technology and encryption methods.
