AIMAIRA Companion is the mobile app dedicated to students in higher education institutions and vocational training centers (CFA) equipped with AIMAIRA software. Access your academic progress in real time, wherever you are.

📅 TIMETABLE
View your schedule week by week with intuitive swipe navigation. Each session displays the time, subject, room, and instructor. A "IN PROGRESS" badge indicates the active session. Attendance status is visible at a glance thanks to color coding.

✍️ DIGITAL ATTENDANCE
Sign in from your phone as soon as the instructor opens the attendance sheet—you receive an instant notification. Two methods are available depending on your institution: a 6-digit rotating code, automatically renewed every 30 seconds to limit fraud, or a code accompanied by a handwritten signature.

❌ ABSENCE TRACKING
View all your absences categorized by period and sequence. Submit your supporting documents directly from the app by attaching a photo. A deadline indicator will notify you if you can still submit them or if the deadline has passed.

📊 GRADES AND RESULTS
View your grades organized by year, module, and course. Access the details of each assessment: grade, weighting, and the class's minimum, average, and maximum scores. Validation status and ECTS credits are clearly displayed. Grades only appear once the institution has published them.

📚 ASSIGNMENT NOTEBOOK
Find assignments and materials uploaded by your teachers, and submit your homework directly from the app.

👤 PROFILE
Access your personal information, your institution, and your student ID. Switch the interface between French, English, and Spanish.

🔔 USEFUL NOTIFICATIONS
Reminders 15 minutes before each class, attendance sheets open, class canceled, room changes, and absences requiring justification. You only receive what's relevant to you, and never at night.

📶 OFFLINE MODE
The application remains usable without a network connection. Data is cached locally and synchronized as soon as the network is restored.

ACTIVATION IN 30 SECONDS
No account creation required. Simply enter the 6-digit code displayed on your institution's intranet—that's all.

AIMAIRA Companion is reserved for students at institutions using the AIMAIRA management software (universities, colleges, vocational training centers, and professional schools). If your institution is not yet equipped, please contact your administration.
