Most are, and where the Play Store hides them the developer's own build works identically.
Do Lite apps get the same updates?
They are updated on their own schedule and lag the main app on new features. Security fixes are not neglected.
Can I use both versions at once?
Yes, they are separate packages. Some people keep Lite for daily use and the full app for occasions when they need it.
