Arihant Aircon APP
Arihant Aircon app is used by our office staff and technicians to handle AC service work.
What you can do in the app:
- Log a customer complaint. Select the customer and site, tick the AC that has the problem, choose the problem type and priority and add remarks.
- If the AC is not in our records yet, you can still log the complaint for it.
- Assign technicians and book a visit date and time slot. Booked slots are shown, along with which technician is busy on which job.
- Do a site inspection for a job and add the AC units installed at the site.
- Get notifications when a new job is assigned or updated.
