Bepside

Bepside is a student tracking application developed for teachers and administrators working in special education and rehabilitation institutions. It allows you to manage processes from your phone via the web panel.

ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING
• Rough assessment: Select students and subjects, score learning outcomes with Yes/No.
• IEP (Individualized Education Program): Select goals from assessment results, create a plan.
• Monitor instruction with IEP (Individualized Teaching Plan), CRT (Criteria-Referenced Test), and PKT (Performance Record Table). • Export plans and forms as PDF or Word, send them via email.

FORMS
• Anecdotal records: By writing, dictating, or adding a voice recording.
• Developmental observation forms and reinforcement identification form. • Parent forms: Share student information, problem behavior, social media permission, and family interview forms digitally with parents.

INSTITUTION MANAGEMENT
• Student list, class and subject information, warnings about missing assessments and delayed IEPs.
• Duty management and monthly attendance sheet. • Material tracking: assignment, transfer and inventory. • Instant notifications and in-app support center. • Access to the web panel by scanning a QR code.
