Carry a stack of lacquered rings across brass pegs, one ring at a time, and chase the exact fewest moves. Brass Rung Moves is a classic ring-transfer puzzle drawn in walnut and brass, and it plays fully offline.

HOW IT PLAYS
Tap a peg to lift its top ring, then tap another peg to drop it. The one rule never bends: a wider ring may never rest on a narrower one.

FIVE RULE SETS
- Three Pegs: the classic rack.
- Four Pegs: an extra peg opens shorter routes.
- Clockwise: rings may only travel around the pegs in one direction.
- Neighbour: rings may only step to the next peg.
- Two Tones: separate two shades onto their own pegs.

Every rack shows its par, computed from recurrences and confirmed by exact search. Stuck? Hint draws an arrow for a best next move, and undo takes one move back.
