Centralized Academic Platform (CAP)

CAP – Centralized Academic Platform is an institutional academic application developed for JNTUGV College of Engineering Vizianagaram (A).

The platform provides a centralized digital environment for academic information, communication, and related services for members of the university community.

Through role-based access, students, faculty members, and Heads of Departments (HODs) can access the features and information relevant to their respective roles and responsibilities.

A Centralized Academic Experience

CAP aims to reduce the need for multiple disconnected systems by bringing important academic activities, information, and communication into a single centralized platform.

The application is designed to provide a convenient and accessible mobile experience, helping members of the institution stay connected with relevant academic information and services.

Secure and Role-Based Access

CAP uses a backend infrastructure to manage user accounts, academic information, communication, notifications, and other platform services.

Authentication and role-based access controls help ensure that users can access only the information and functionality appropriate to their respective roles.

Developed By

CAP was developed by three students from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering with passion for making a meaningful contribution to JNTU-GV .

The development team worked on designing and building the platform with the goal of creating a more centralized, accessible, and digitally connected academic environment for the university community.
