Please note: this app is a tool for care providers (such as the NHS) to enhance their care provision to include remote patient monitoring. All questions and specified time slots for inputting measurements are supplied by the care provider, not by Docobo.

DOCOBOAPP™ is Docobo’s software application for Android and iOS-based devices, transforming any tablet or smartphone into a secure DOC@HOME® health monitoring and telehealth device, ready for care providers to monitor conditions from any location.

DOCOBOAPP™ provides self-help home monitoring for users with long or short-term conditions, enabling users to record their daily symptoms, vital signs, lifestyle impacts and quality of life status. This app is used in conjunction with the care provider who can offer personalised care packages, and conduct video consultations, allowing for real-time interactions and assessments. The questions presented and times they are required will differ between users as a result of the personalised approach. Users receive notification prompts to remind them of when specific question sets are due for completion (these will vary as they are set by the care provider and are specific to the monitoring needs of your condition).
