In addition to telephone and video call advice, the app is your additional personal EAP support for professional and private challenges. From managing stress to mental health to work-related topics, you'll find it all in one place.

In addition to the traditional support options, you will receive all the digital tools to promote your personal and professional development - secure, flexible and confidential.

Notes: EAP Assist is bound to confidentiality. Third parties (e.g. employer, relatives) have no access to your EAP data and no insight into your EAP activities.
