Football Agency Simulator GAME
Find the talent: Hire scouts and post them to a region at home (or, with an International Scouting Licence, to a foreign league). Every few weeks they report young prospects. Better scouts and stronger leagues turn up better players.
Sign your clients: Approach a prospect to represent him, then negotiate his moves and contracts: the club, the role, the wage. From then on you collect commissions on his wage and sponsorships every single week.
Game time makes them grow: Players improve mainly by playing. Steer your youngsters to the right club and role, or out on loan, so they get regular minutes and reach their potential. Rising ability means bigger contracts, bigger fees and a bigger cut for you.
Grow your agency: Wins and big moves build your reputation, which unlocks bigger clients, more scouts and better facilities. Reinvest your commission in Agency upgrades to develop players faster and scout further afield.
Play week by week: Hit “Advance week” to roll matches, offers, development and scouting forward. Deals happen in the transfer windows (weeks 1–6 and 28–33). Keep an eye on your inbox for offers, scout reports and the end-of-season review.
Clubs rise and fall: A club's reputation isn't fixed; it drifts up and down across the seasons with results. Stack a squad of your own high-ability clients at one club and its reputation climbs to match them, lifting it up the table and eventually into Europe; let that talent leave and it fades back down. Building a small club into a powerhouse by parking your best prospects there is a long game well worth playing.
Keep clients happy: Each client tracks four moods on his Morale tab — club, playing time, wage, and how he feels about you as his agent. Good moods lift match ratings and development; bad ones drag both down. Go quiet on a client for too long and his trust in you fades, even if nothing else is wrong. Stay active with deals, loans, a chat or a gift and it holds up. Ignore a real complaint and it escalates: he'll demand action, then eventually force a move or walk away from your agency altogether.
Be there for the big matches: When a client's club reaches a season-defining game — a league title decider, a cup final, a European final — you can be invited to watch it live, following it minute by minute. Turning up in person is one of the strongest ways to deepen your bond with him.
But most importantly of all: Build your own game! Be creative in what you do and create your own challenges. Follow talents, grow stories, and have fun!
Everything is offline and you don't need to create an account. The game allows for a lot of customization, and community made name and logo packs can be shared and imported with little effort.
