Gearlift: Home Workout Planner APP
HOW IT WORKS
1. Equipment — pick what's available: bodyweight, dumbbells, barbell, kettlebell, resistance band, weight plate, pull-up bar, bench, or a gym's cables and machines.
2. Focus — choose what to train: full body, upper body, lower body, push, pull or core. Want more control? Pick exact muscles on an interactive body diagram instead.
3. Preferences — choose a difficulty and how long you have: 20, 30 or 45 minutes.
4. Workout — a curated session with exercise order, sets, reps, rest periods and an estimated duration, ready to go.
BUILT FOR ACTUALLY TRAINING, NOT BROWSING
- Step-by-step guided execution: one exercise at a time, with rest timers that keep counting in your pocket, buzz when rest is over, and can be paused, extended or skipped.
- Every exercise comes with instructions and a start/end preview so you know exactly what the movement looks like — and photos are saved on your device, so a basement gym with no signal is not a problem.
- Don't like an exercise? Swap it for another that trains the same muscle, without breaking your session.
- Left a workout unfinished? Pick up exactly where you stopped.
YOUR HISTORY, ON YOUR PHONE
Gearlift keeps a history of your past sessions on your device. No account needed — sign in with Google only if you want an optional backup. Beyond that, Gearlift only collects anonymous usage statistics. Rename a session, repeat it, delete it, or clear everything in one tap.

A NOTE BEFORE YOU START
As with any exercise program, check with a doctor before starting if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are new to exercise. Stop any exercise that causes pain and use correct form — Gearlift shows you the movement, but it's on you to perform it safely.
