Hanadul - Squat Counter APP

Ever lost count halfway through a set of squats?

Hanadul counts for you. It uses your phone's camera to recognize the movement,
so the big number on screen goes up on its own. Lay the phone flat on a desk
with the screen facing up, stand in front of it, and start.

No stand. No wearable. No sign-up.

■ Who it's for

- Anyone whose form or breathing falls apart while keeping count
- Anyone tired of running a separate timer for sets and rest
- Anyone building a home bodyweight routine

■ What it does

Works flat on a desk, no stand needed
The phone does not need to be propped up. Lay it flat, screen up, and stand in
front of it. The screen stays on during a workout, so the count is always in
view.

Your whole body does not have to fit
You do not need to frame yourself head to toe. As long as your head lands in
the lower part of the screen, it counts. That makes it usable in a small room,
without backing far away from the phone.

Records, streaks and badges
Every set is saved automatically when you finish it.
Daily totals, a 30-day graph and an activity calendar on one screen.
It counts how many days in a row you have trained, and one missed day does not
break the streak right away.

Target reps, sets, and rest alerts
Set your target reps, number of sets, and rest time in advance, and the app
signals when you hit the target and when rest is over. You do not have to watch
the screen.

Two sensitivity levels
Standard and Sensitive. If your movement is shallow or small and reps are being
missed, switch to Sensitive.

Automatic setup
When you start, the app takes a short calibration moment and then goes ready on
its own. There is nothing to configure first.

■ About your privacy

This app collects nothing about you.

- The camera feed is analyzed in real time only, and is never saved.
- No photo or video ever leaves your device.
- The app does not even hold internet permission. It is structurally unable to
send data over a network.
- No sign-up, no login, no ads, no usage tracking.
- Your workout records and settings stay on your device, and you can erase
them all from inside the app at any time.

Camera is the only permission the app asks for.

■ Before you start

- Lay the phone flat on a desk with the screen facing up.
- Stand in front of it so that your head falls in the lower part of the screen.
An illustrated guide appears the first time you open the app.
- Right after you start, stand still while your reference stance is measured.
- Very dark rooms, or lights that flicker heavily, will reduce accuracy.
- Lighting, distance, and where you stand can make the count differ from
reality. If the numbers are off, switch sensitivity to Sensitive or adjust
where you stand.

If you have a health condition or are in pain, consult a professional before
exercising. This app is not a medical device; it is a workout aid.
