Home Microclimate Diary is a private, offline notebook for tracking the temperature and humidity of the different zones in and around your home - room by room, season by season.

Every home has its own microclimate. The bedroom, the basement, the greenhouse, the pantry, and the balcony rarely behave the same way. This app helps you record what is actually happening in each of these spaces over time, so you can compare them and understand how they change.

HOW IT WORKS

Create zones for the rooms and areas you want to track - bedroom, kitchen, balcony, basement, wardrobe, attic, greenhouse, storage room, garage, bathroom, pantry, plant shelf, or any custom zone you name yourself. For each zone, manually log the temperature, humidity, date, time, and optional observations whenever you take a reading. Over weeks and months, this builds a real history for every space in your home.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Create unlimited zones with their own type, position, and notes
- Log temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit) and humidity readings in seconds
- Attach observation tags such as Condensation, Dry Air, Musty Smell, Fogged Window, Heating On, or Window Open
- Add your own custom observation tags
- Review daily, monthly, and seasonal history for every zone
- View temperature and humidity trends on simple charts
- Compare 2 to 4 zones side by side over the same period
- See factual temperature and humidity differences between zones
- Set your own personal comfort ranges per zone and see readings that fall outside them
- Review dedicated logs for condensation, damp smell, musty smell, and visible moisture
- Browse a measurement calendar and search your notes, tags, and zone names
- Get a daily home snapshot: warmest zone, coolest zone, highest and lowest humidity
- Mark zones as Plant Areas or Storage Areas for extra context fields
- Export your data as CSV or a plain text summary and share it however you like

You are always in control of your data. You can export it at any time, and you can delete your measurement history or reset the app completely from Settings.

WHAT THIS APP IS NOT

Home Microclimate Diary is a manual record-keeping tool. It does not measure anything automatically, and it does not connect to sensors, smart-home systems, or weather services. It does not detect environmental hazards, diagnose building problems, assess indoor air safety, or replace professional inspection equipment. All values are entered by you, and all observations are simply what you choose to record.

Home Microclimate Diary becomes more useful the longer you use it - the more readings you log, the clearer the picture of how your home actually behaves across the day and across the seasons.
