Based on your municipality of residence, the app provides you with all the information on the correct methods for separating and disposing of household waste.
By downloading the free app (on smartphones and tablets), you'll have access to the following features:
- Collection Calendar – You can view the monthly collection schedule for each type of waste and set up a useful, personalized notification system.
- Useful Information – You can find toll-free numbers, collection rules, addresses and opening hours of collection centers and recycling centers.
- Waste Legend – For each type of waste, there is a description of what you can dispose of and how.
- Recycling Dictionary – An intuitive waste dictionary with over 700 entries that helps you manage every type of waste.
- Reports – A direct channel for submitting anonymous reports, attaching geo-referenced photos.
- Alerts – A practical system for notifying you of any service changes and special services, news, initiatives, etc.

Seeing waste abandoned on the street? Overflowing street bins? You can take a geolocated photo and email your report, along with a description, in real time. This way, you can help us improve our service and make your city cleaner.
