SafariFind Operators is the app for tour operators listed on SafariFind. Travellers send inquiries through the site all day. This is how you answer them without sitting at a desk.

What you can do

See new inquiries as they arrive, with the trip, the dates and the party size. Unlock one to get the traveller's name, email and phone, then reply from the app. If a trip is not right for you, decline it and we offer it to other operators.

Send quotes and track them. The app tells you when a client opens a quote and when they accept it.

Message travellers directly. Conversations stay in sync with the web portal, so a reply you send from your phone is there when you sit down at your computer.

Create and edit safari packages. Add an itinerary, inclusions, pricing and photos without opening a laptop.

Check your numbers. Views, impressions, clicks and inquiries per package, so you can see which safaris earn attention and which do not.

Collect reviews. Invite a past client by email, then read and reply to what they write.

Manage your wallet. Top up by card or PayPal, see every transaction, and check what each inquiry unlock cost you.

How the money works

You pay a small fee to unlock an inquiry, taken from your wallet balance. SafariFind takes no commission on the bookings you win. A SafariFind Pro subscription makes inquiry unlocks free and adds custom inquiries that only Pro operators see, a dedicated account manager and priority support. You can see the current terms and subscribe in the app.

Notifications you control

New inquiries, client messages, quote activity, bookings and payments, wallet, reviews, package approvals and reminders each have their own switch. Turn any of them off and the alert stops, but the record does not. Everything still appears in your notifications list.

Before you download

You need a SafariFind operator account to sign in. There is no sign-up in the app. If your company is not listed yet, apply at safarifind.com and our team will set you up.
