Your team used to be your peers. Now you have to give feedback on a handoff that came in late, hold a boundary on a message at 9 p.m., or say no to one more quick extra. Rehearse, read your own words back, adjust and try again before it counts.

TWO WAYS TO PRACTICE
• Talk: a live voice conversation with an AI counterpart, up to 10 minutes. Your three points are marked once the AI finds them in your words.
• Chat: type your own reply first; switch on suggested replies if you want them. With your consent, the AI answers; without it, the 13 built-in situations run offline with prepared replies and a short debrief after each move.
• Lost the thread? In Talk and AI chat, a hint offers an example sentence when you ask.
• You create a free account during setup: AI use, daily allowances and purchases belong to it.

CHOOSE THE WEATHER
• Calm, Headwind or Storm decide how much your counterpart objects. Every level names its ceiling in advance; even Storm means no insults, no threats.

STORY MODE: TWELVE WEEKS
• Play chapter 1 offline: your early days leading former peers. Each decision shapes the weather for your team, your boss and you.

AFTERWARDS
• After Talk or AI chat, a review checks your three points against your own words: what worked, what to try next, and the whole conversation, one tap away from each finding
• Rate how ready you feel before and after

BEFORE THE REAL CONVERSATION
• A conversation card keeps your opening, your boundary, your answer to an objection and your exit, in your own words. Before the talk, each sentence stays covered so you say it from memory first, then reveal it. Afterwards, mark whether you tried it for real
• A learning path of 24 steps in eight modules, short learning bites with a second try, XP, a streak, a weekly goal and certificates, some for courage. They count how often you practice, never how good you are.

HOW TO READ THE FEEDBACK
Leadcalm builds on well-studied training ingredients: practicing out loud, feedback on the task rather than on you, and a short look back. Nobody has tested whether Leadcalm itself changes real conversations. The AI can be wrong and cannot hear your tone of voice. Leadcalm is a practice tool; it does not replace HR, legal or psychological advice.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL
Microphone, AI features and AI analysis each need your explicit consent, and you can withdraw each one separately. Your practice data is saved to your account; you can turn this off in Settings. You can delete your account in the app.

LEADCALM PRO (OPTIONAL)
Chat with prepared replies and the story stay free. A free account includes one voice conversation with review and a limited number of chat replies and reviews per day. Pro includes 10 voice conversations per calendar month, up to 10 minutes each, and higher daily limits for chat replies, live hints and reviews. Choose a monthly or a yearly subscription; the yearly plan can start with a 7-day free trial where offered.
Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase (after the free trial, if one applies). The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it anytime in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
