Michigan Medicine offers easy access to your medical care through the patient portal at MyUofMHealth.

If you are a current patient at Michigan Medicine, you can request a patient portal account during a clinic visit or at MyUofMHealth.org.

Some of the features and functions available to you through your MyUofMHealth patient portal include*:
• eCheck-In: Verify information to save time when you arrive for your visit
• Fast Pass: Get notification if earlier appointments become available
• Communicate with your care team
• Request appointments for you and your children
• View appointments and receive reminders
• Fill out questionnaires prior to your visit
• Review test/lab results
• Request refills of eligible medications
• View billing statements and pay your bill*
• Conduct E-Visits: Submit a questionnaire regarding your symptoms for a variety of conditions and receive a quick reply from a Michigan Medicine provider through the MyUofMHealth portal*
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.
