The "Centralized Doctor Appointment System" mobile application, offered by the Turkish Ministry of Health, is specifically designed for Android phones and tablets. Both the application and the appointment booking process are completely free. The application's short name is "MHRS".

This application only helps users view and manage their existing MHRS appointment records; it includes functions such as viewing appointment details, tracking dates, and receiving reminders. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or personal health analysis.
