Neo Kagura — Protocol Chronicles is a cyberpunk open-world RPG where every fight is a trading card duel.

Explore a continuous neon city of 9 districts, each with its own style, weather, traffic and pedestrians, under a full day and night cycle. Ride your hover bike, follow the GPS on the minimap or take the maglev between districts.

• A complete story in 5 acts, with 2 endings and a post-game.
• Card duels: decks of 40 to 120 cards, opening hand of 7 with mulligan, creatures, lands and keywords like Airborne, Overload, Virus, Drain and Firewall. Mark your attackers and end the turn.

• The Card Exchange: a market run by NPCs where prices move.
• AI opponents at three difficulty levels.

Single-player, no account, no ads. After the first launch the game works offline. Your progress lives in 3 save slots on your device, and you can export and import saves.
