PacENeT app is the mobile portal for PacENeT internet service users. Users who purchased services from PacENeT such as broadband internet service, IPTV, IP Telephony should download and use this application to make easy their activities with PacENeT. Users can easily pay their monthly bill, see service status, contact support team via chat, see payment history, change their service and update their service.

Dashboard
A short menu to navigate various screens for performing certain tasks. A chart that shows daily, monthly and hourly data usages. Users can change the type and month.

Profile
Profile screen shows user's information, purchased services and their status.

Billing
Shows all invoices, bill payments and their status. Users can pay bill through invoice or service using either credit/debit card or their bkash mobile banking account.

Support
Users can contact with support team for their queries via text and can share any media or document file that describe their queries.
