Remnant Permian Connect

Remnant Permian Connect is a local coordination workspace for Remnant Permian, LP. It organizes project records, readiness reviews, coordination services, proposals, actions, and company information without requiring an internet connection.

Readiness command
View active projects, open actions, pending proposals, and readiness review counts. See a project pipeline grouped by Intake, Review, Ready, and In Progress. Filter projects by All, Needs Attention, Ready, or Closed. Add local actions and open quick paths to a new readiness review, proposal, or contact options.

Project register
Browse projects with stage, target start, owner role, and progress indicators. Open project details and the latest readiness review when available.

Project readiness matrix
Select a project and score dimensions such as scope clarity, stakeholder alignment, resource availability, documentation completeness, schedule confidence, and risk visibility from 0 to 5 with adjustable weights. Mark a critical blocker if needed. The app calculates a weighted readiness score, days until target start, recommended actions, and score explanation. Save, compare with a previous review, clone, or archive reviews locally. This tool is a planning aid, not an engineering, legal, or professional certification.

Proposals
Draft, edit, and track local proposals with contact details, selected service, scope notes, amount, preferred date, status, and internal notes. Filter by Draft, Sent, Approved, Declined, or Completed.

Service catalog
Search coordination support services available offline and start a proposal from a service page.

Company
Access business timeline, team roles, mission, values, approach, verified address, about text, and contact options. Save a local message or open phone, email, or map through installed apps.

Data on this device
Records remain in a local SQLite database. Sample project and proposal entries may appear on first launch as planning data.
