SENRI is a step-counting game set on a nighttime approach to a shrine, where your daily steps directly translate into "merit" and "gold coins."

* As you walk, one lantern lights up at a time, and when you reach the maximum number of steps, the torii gate and shrine light up.

* You weave straw sandals with gold coins; their durability decreases the more you wear them, so you repair and nurture them.

* You are given a baby companion each month. You feed them snacks, take them with you, and their appearance is revealed when they become adults.

* Shops change seasonally (spring, summer, autumn, winter, rainy nights, summer festivals, lunar eclipse nights), and there are visitors and snack stalls.

* At the market, you trade straw sandals and companions with other travelers using gold coins.

* Compete for merit in a monthly ranking.
