Smithmare: Idle Card RPG GAME
Smithmare is an idle card RPG with no deck-building screen. The seven pieces of
equipment you wear ARE your deck. Swap a weapon and your whole hand changes.
You build your deck by chasing loot, not by sorting a collection.
EVERY FLOOR IS A FIGHT
There is no auto-climb. Every floor is a short card battle: a slime, a goblin
scout, a skeleton behind its shield. A few turns, and you step up.
LOOT PILES UP WHILE YOU'RE AWAY
Close the app and the forge keeps working. Gold and enhancement stones pile up,
online or off, for up to 12 hours at a time. The higher you climb, the more it pays.
EVERY 10TH FLOOR, A BOSS
Bosses are the long fights. Three energy. Five cards in hand — keep them or throw them all back.
Forty turns to finish it.
Ten boss archetypes, each with a telegraphed cycle you can read and plan around.
One shields itself on a timer. One heals back everything you don't finish.
One seals status effects outright and dares you to win on raw damage. Losing
isn't running out of time — it's dying, and you'll see it coming.
FIVE WAYS TO KILL
Bleed, poison, burn, weaken, vulnerable.
Most of your damage never comes from the card you played. It comes from what
that card left behind. Stack it, multiply it, and let it compound turn over
turn. A dagger build can end a fight with almost no direct damage at all —
while a greatsword wants the opposite. Different weapons want different poisons,
and finding out which is the whole game.
ENHANCEMENT THAT REWRITES CARDS, NOT JUST NUMBERS
Every fifth level, an enhancement milestone changes what a card DOES — an extra
hit, a cheaper cost, a status it never used to apply. A +20 weapon isn't a
bigger +0 weapon. It's a different one.
