ten euros.

Solo to Studio is an idle game about working for yourself. You take on jobs,
deliver them and get paid — and one day you are not on your own any more. The
game keeps running when you put the phone down.

YOUR WORK

• 21 pieces of equipment: a faster machine, better software, a real office
• 22 skills and advanced training that never runs out — each costs money and
real learning time, during which you have one job slot fewer
• From career level four you start hiring: juniors, seniors, specialists
• Your team works on its own — and sooner or later asks for a raise

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
The bills keep coming. Food every day, rent every week, a quarter set aside
for the tax office, wages every day. The bigger you get, the more expensive
your life becomes.

Misjudge it and you slip into your overdraft, and that costs interest — every
day. Stay there too long and you go bankrupt: first a warning, then you decide
yourself what gets sold. Or the game decides for you.

And every payout shows its arithmetic. Client, motivation, portfolio, skills,
an event that happens to be running — every factor listed separately. What the
breakdown says is what lands in your account. Not a cent more or less.

Nine events can get in the way: a rush of clients, a viral mention, a dying
laptop. None of them takes the game away from you.

PLAYED FAIR
• Ads are voluntary. No video interrupts you, and none of them hides progress you cannot get otherwise.
• You earn coffee with the big jobs. It speeds things up, but it is never the
only way there.
• No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Your save stays on your device and leaves with the app when you delete it.
• No internet needed. You only need a connection if you choose to watch a video.
• No notification that wants you back. Only ones that actually tell you something.
• Up to eight hours away are worked out afterwards — income and costs over the same stretch of time. There is no night where only the rent runs.

Six career levels lie between that first ten-euro job and your first million.
After that you can take a sabbatical and start over — keeping the reputation
and the clients you worked for.
