Programme elements:

【Mentorship】: Mentees are paired with volunteer mentors who share their life experiences to enhance mentees' self-confidence and guide them in setting proactive and positive personal goals.

【Personal Development Plans】: Mentors provide guidance and advices for mentees in achieving their personal development.

【Financial Support】: Each mentee receives a start-up sum to spend under the mentor's guidance for achieving their personal development plan. Upon successful completion of the program, mentees are awarded a scholarship for their own deployment based on acquired financial planning concepts.
