Suspense Shorts GAME
A theatre club's summer camp. A company trip to a small island. A comedy duo's last show.
Someone dies in each of them — and the killer is someone already in the room.
Intermission is a collection of first-person suspense shorts where your choices decide the
ending. Who you talk to, what you look at and what you fail to notice is what the ending
is made of.
■ The stories
INTERMISSION
Eight members of a theatre club, one summer camp. People die exactly as the script says.
NAGI
A company trip to a southern island. The president drowns, and I am the killer's alibi.
OCHI
A comedy duo's final stage. My partner falls through the trap, and only the recorder keeps
running.
More stories will be added over time.
■ Eight endings each
Every story has eight endings: ones that reach the truth, ones that fall short, ones where
you are the one who disappears. A single run takes about 30 minutes. Endings you reach are
recorded, and a second run opens choices the first one could not.
■ How it plays
- Tap to read on
- Choices appear at key moments, and what you chose is remembered for the final accusation
- Evidence you collect can be reviewed at any time; you can only argue with what you hold
- The last 300 lines of dialogue can be read back
- The game saves every line, so you can stop and resume whenever you like
- Text speed is adjustable, from slow to instant
- Each story keeps its own save and its own list of endings
■ Offline
Reading needs no connection. In airplane mode the app still runs, saves and resumes.
A connection is used only to fetch ads.
■ Please note
- These stories depict the death of fictional characters. Not directed at children under 13
- The app is free and shows ads. There are no in-app purchases
- Fully playable in English and Japanese; it follows your device's language
