Functionality:
- Upload Exam Grades
The instructor will be able to upload the grades from the exam transcript for which they are the presiding judge.
Once the transcript grades have been uploaded and saved, a security code will be generated and the code can be sent by email to the student office.
Once the student office verifies the transcript, the instructor will receive confirmation of the process, and the grades will be automatically transferred to Sysacad.
If the transcript cannot be successfully verified by the student office, the instructor will receive a notification indicating this situation.
- Full Transcript View
Transcripts can be filtered using the criteria for the major, subject name, and whether or not it is a promotion transcript.
If a transcript is selected, the students with their corresponding grades will be displayed.
- Full Exam View
Exams can be filtered using the criteria for the major, subject name, and student file.
The details for each exam will show whether it is a promotion exam or not, and the number of times the student has registered to take it with the instructor.
Selecting an exam will show the details of the exam and, if applicable, information about the number of times the student has registered to take that same subject with the instructor.
- View Exam Panels
All panels for which the instructor is a member will be displayed.
Selecting a panel will show the students registered for it. If the instructor is the chair of the panel, an email can be sent to those registered for the panel.
- Full View of the Instructor's Subject Committees
Instructor committees can be filtered based on the major, subject, and academic year.
Among the data for each committee, you can see the number of students, number of teaching dates, number of students enrolled (regular, open, with direct approval, with promotion from TP, and dropouts), course schedules, instructors on the committee, and the number of students who have passed the course as of that date.
If you select the number of teaching dates, you can see all the teaching dates for the course. In this view, you can also edit/upload the teaching topic.
If you select a committee, you can see the students enrolled in that committee. In this new view, you can edit the course data. You can also see the students who dropped the committee's course.
- Receiving Notifications.
Instructors will be notified of the following events:
* A student registers for an exam
* A student cancels their exam registration
* HR has added a file to their instructor folder
This is usually a pay stub, allowing you to download the file.
* The exam record has been validated by the student office
* The exam record could not be validated
* Exam dates have been created for the instructor's subjects
* A message has been sent to the instructor

In this view, you can view and share the files the instructor has in their instructor files folder.
- Academic Calendar View
- Surveys
In this view, you can view the results of surveys related to the instructor. You can also share a PDF of the survey.
