Tacnav

Tacnav is a tactical awareness tool for airsoft milsim events. Coordinate your team on a shared map with real-time locations, markers and chat, so everyone sees the same picture wherever they are on the AO.

Team awareness without the complexity of military tools: set up a session in a minute, no servers or plugins.

WHAT TACNAV DOES

• Real-time position sharing: every teammate's location updates every few seconds
• Drop points of interest: mark objectives, caches, LZs, contacts, rally points
• Draw routes and areas: plan exfil lanes, mark no-go zones, outline AOs
• Upload overlays: add hand-drawn maps, objective diagrams or briefing images anchored to real coordinates
• Share photos: geo-tagged images attached to POIs or the map
• Chat with text, photos and voice messages: session-scoped, realtime, still available after the event ends
• Voice alerts: hear new markers, enemy sightings and injured teammates read out through your headphones, with direction and distance

DESIGNED FOR COOPERATION

Everyone in a session is on the same side. No red vs blue, no hit detection, no scoring, no kill tracking. Tacnav is a cooperative tool for shared awareness: use it with your squad or your whole side.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

• Sessions are invite-only. Admins generate a QR code; teammates scan to join.
• Session data is visible only to session members. Your AO, your positions, your chat: only the people you invited can see them.
• After a session ends, past members keep access to the full record for debrief.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD

Tacnav runs in the background during events, streaming your position so teammates can see you even when your phone is in your pocket. Battery saver mode lowers the update rate when you need to stretch your phone through a long scenario.

Perfect for milsim events, multi-team operations and airsoft scenarios where knowing where your side is matters.
