Cabinet Bruno, a condominium management company, provides its co-owners,

members of the management council, and staff with an application to monitor the life
of their condominium from their phones.

FEATURES

• General Meetings
View your scheduled and past meetings, the agenda, and details of
each resolution (statement of reasons, text submitted to the vote, applicable majority,
attachments). Join the videoconference with a single tap and follow the meeting
live on the day.

• Postal Voting and Proxy Voting
Vote by mail before the meeting or grant a proxy to another
co-owner, in full compliance with the law of July 10, 1965. Each action
is secured by a confirmation code and generates a viewable certificate.

• Accounting
View your account balance, your calls for funds, and the allocation of
your condominium's expenses.

• Documents
Find and open the documents in your file (minutes, calls for funds, correspondence).

• Navigation
The address of the meeting and the building opens directly in your navigation application (Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps).

WHO IS IT FOR?
This application is reserved for co-owners, members of the management committee, and staff of co-owned properties managed by Cabinet Bruno. Login is done using the credentials provided by your property manager.

PRIVACY
Your data is used only to give you access to your account. It is transmitted in encrypted form and is never sold. You can request the deletion of your account at any time (see the privacy policy).
