Kairos Time Sync

Kairós Time Sync turns a mobile phone or tablet into a time and attendance terminal for your entire team.

Designed for construction sites, warehouses, events, and any location without a fixed terminal or guaranteed network coverage. The supervisor logs in once, and employees clock in by swiping their cards.

OFFLINE WORKS
Clocks and attendances are saved on the device and automatically sent as soon as the connection is restored. You can always see how many clock-ins and attendances are pending synchronization.

FAST AND RELIABLE
- Confirmation with color, sound, and vibration
- Entry or exit shifts to expedite shift changes
- Discards duplicate clock-ins from the same card
- Data encrypted on the device and access via fingerprint or face

CONTROL AND TRACEABILITY
- History on the device with filters and CSV export
- Offline clock-ins are marked as incidents for review
- Alerts if the device time does not match the server time

Professional tool: requires a Kairós account with supervisor permissions. Intended for companies already using Kairós for employee time tracking.
