The Q Customer

Q App Customer is a quarry-based mobile application designed to streamline communication and operational workflow between quarry customers and administrators using the connected Q App Admin system. The primary goal of this application is to provide a smooth and transparent process for managing stone block orders, confirmations, and delivery updates in real time. When a customer registers and logs into the Q App Customer application, they can browse available quarry blocks that are listed by the admin, view block details such as dimensions, weight, quality, images, and pricing information, and then place a request for the desired block. Once a customer selects and accepts a block, the system automatically updates the customer’s “My Orders” tab, where users can clearly view the status of each block they have interacted with, including whether it is pending approval, confirmed, in dispatch, or delivered. Communication is a key feature of the application, as it includes a built-in chat system that connects the customer directly with the Q App Admin. Through this chat feature, the customer can discuss block details, negotiate prices if allowed, clarify transportation and delivery conditions, request invoices, and share additional requirements. The admin, from their side, can send block offers, update order status, upload new images of blocks, and respond to customer queries instantly. The chat also supports sending images and document files, making it easier for both parties to exchange quarry-related proof documents, quality verification photos, loading confirmation images, and delivery receipts. Another important feature of the Q App Customer app is the ability to add multiple members to the chat group who are related to the quarry business transaction. These members could be the buyer, broker, transporter, or site engineer, allowing everyone involved to stay informed and synchronized regarding the status of the block order. This reduces miscommunication and keeps the workflow transparent and efficient. The application also includes an easy language switching option, enabling users to switch between English and Mandarin according to their preference, which allows users from different regions or countries to use the platform comfortably without language barriers.
