Operation:

Tic Tac Toe or Noughts and Crosses, is a pencil and paper game (now on your Android device) between two players, O and X, marking the spaces in a 3 × 3 board alternately.
A player wins if he can have a line of three of its symbols: the line can be horizontal, vertical or diagonal.

Players begin their matches in rotating shifts.
