Tricky Customers

You will direct Penny, your loyal store manager, in the everyday running of a grocery store, shop or mini supermarket. It is all about the strategy and logistics needed to balance the tasks of keeping the displays stocked, providing customers with baskets and rushing to the checkout to take their money. There are 12 different stores plus 2 bonus stores and your aim in each is to make a target amount of money from a set number of customers.
When I was younger I helped run the family business, which was a grocery store owned by my parents, so the simulation is pretty true to life. Yes, customers always want the one thing you haven't got! So try to keep your displays stocked at all times. However it can be difficult to keep up during busy periods, and to add to your troubles you will have to cope with those tricky customers who's only aim seems to be to make your life difficult. Just like real life!
The game gradually increases in diffculty from relaxed to totally manic, so don't panic, stay calm during the rushes and try to find a way of dealing with those tricky customers!
