This app requires the "All Files Access" (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) permission to function properly.

Why is this permission required?
· Game File Management: To scan, locate, and load your custom game ROM files stored anywhere in your device’s internal memory.
· Save States & Backups: To save, restore, and manage your game progress, configurations, and backup files outside the app-specific storage folder.

Without this permission, the emulator cannot access your stored game files or manage your save states.
