Vanguard

Vanguard is the staff companion app for hospitals and clinics running the Fertheal platform. It is intended for authorised employees only — doctors, nurses, front desk, lab, pharmacy and administrators. Access is provisioned by your hospital administrator and is tied to your role.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Run your day — see your queue, call the next patient, start or join a teleconsultation, and track tokens that stay in step with the front desk.
• Patient records — search a patient, review their history, record encounters and vitals, and view trends over time.
• Prescribe — issue prescriptions with dose, frequency and duration, advise lab tests, refer to a partner lab, and set a follow-up date.
• Lab — work the order list, enter results and attach reports.
• Billing — raise one bill for consultation, procedure and pharmacy charges together, record the consulting doctor, bill straight from a prescription, and collect payment by cash, card, UPI or bank transfer.
• Pharmacy — work the medicine request queue and adjust stock.
• Wards — admit, move and discharge patients across beds.
• Rota — build and publish shift rosters and see your own shifts.
• Admin — approve staff, and review appointment, revenue and per-doctor KPIs.

SIGNING IN

Choose your organisation, then sign in with your work email and password or with a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. You need an account created by your hospital — this app has no public sign-up.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Patient information is confidential and every access is recorded in an audit trail. Traffic is encrypted in transit. You can request deletion of your account and personal data from Profile → Delete account, or from the web page linked below.
