Violazioni CDS

Highway Code Violations - Handbook of Road Traffic Violations is an application that uses an internet connection to quickly and easily access the contents of the EGAF Handbook by Dr. Giandomenico Protospataro.
To access the Handbook, you must be a subscriber. The subscription is valid for a calendar year, from the date of activation to the following December 31st.

PLEASE NOTE
The app's content is based on Legislative Decree No. 285 of April 30, 1992 (Highway Code), which is the main reference law on the subject, but does not include all applicable provisions in this area. "Other regulations" on road traffic other than the Highway Code may include, for example, Law 298/74, Legislative Decree No. 286/2005, Legislative Decree No. 152/2006, etc.
All relevant regulations can be consulted on the official websites: www.gazzettaufficiale.it, www.mef.gov.it, www.giustizia.it, www.mase.gov.it, and www.parlamento.it.

OFFLINE TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS (emergency)
The "Offline Traffic Code Violations" function was implemented to allow reports to be prepared even without an internet connection. However, it is intended for use only in emergency situations, as it contains limited information that needs to be updated, so continuous use is limited to a few days.

BENEFITS
The main advantages of the app include real-time updates to the EGAF Handbook, email notifications for new information, hypertext navigation through potential penalties, and the ability to directly consult Highway Code articles via the ITER database.

SEARCH
Highway Code Search: simply enter the Highway Code article number to find the relevant penalties.
Search Other Rules: To search for sanctions related to "other rules".
Alphabetical Search: A list of keywords in alphabetical order followed by one or more sentences that complete the description.
Summary Search: A systematic index of the app to browse all content. It also provides a hierarchical consultation of the CDS text.

CDS SANCTIONS PROCEDURE
Online thematic database: Allows consultation of regulations, administrative practices, and case law cited in the Handbook and also contains in-depth information on the CDS (at least one comment for each article).

CONTENTS
The handbook, the result of meticulous study of the legislation and the author's direct experience, contains all types of violations of the Highway Code and other road traffic regulations.
Each violation:
- is highlighted graphically with the article, paragraph, description of the offense, and the applicable fines and penalties;
- contains the reason, including the wording of the violation, written so that it can be transcribed directly into the traffic report;
- is complete with operational notes, with detailed procedural and practical instructions, referring to specific situations, for precise and immediate guidance during the operational phase.
Primarily intended for those involved in the detection and prevention of violations on the road, it is also useful for consulting firms, driving schools, industry associations, etc.

All Egaf products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws; therefore, even partial reproduction is prohibited. To subscribe to online services, you must have a tablet or smartphone with an internet connection, pay the subscription fee, and wait for your access password. Online services require a single-user license and are available 24 hours a day, except for periodic maintenance.
