WorkFleet: العمال والأسطول

WorkFleet is a management application that manages your workforce, including their documents and assignments, as well as your fleet, maintenance, and fuel, all in one place and in three languages ​​(Arabic, English, and Albanian).

• Workers: A complete file for each worker, including their title, group, status, and current assignment on a vessel or work site, along with their transfer history.

• Documents: Passport, residence permit, work permit, medical and professional certificates, licenses, and insurance; with a photo of each document and a record of each renewal. The system also identifies any missing mandatory documents.

• Attention Center: All expired or near-expired documents and all overdue tasks or maintenance items are listed in a single list, with mobile notifications.

• Tasks: Responsible party, priority, due date, start, completion, and reassignment status, with a complete record.

• Fleet: Crew, documents, maintenance, and fuel information for each vessel, vehicle, or piece of equipment, along with a summary of consumption and cost.

• Reports and Excel/PDF export, and import from Excel.

• Permissions (Administrator and Auditor), audit history for each modification, two-step verification, fingerprint access, and light/dark mode.
