Return your purchases in 4 simple steps
1. Select the store to which you want to return your order - With Convenient Returns, you can send your return to any online store in Poland.
2. Select a courier company - InPost parcel locker, Żabka, or other DPD and DHL points. After completing the form and making payment, you will receive a unique returns code.
3. Write the returns code on the package and then deliver it to your chosen point.
4. Wait for your refund – the store will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
