"parushenni.by" is an app for public occupational safety inspectors that helps systematize compliance with occupational safety legislation and automate the recording of monitoring results.

What can the app do?

✅ Enter inspector data – full name, ID number and date, organization/department, city. All data is saved and included in the final document. Your personal data is not shared with third parties and is stored on your phone; you can delete it at any time.

✅ Pre-made checklists – 9 sections with questions on key occupational safety topics (territory, buildings, sanitary and sanitary facilities, equipment, tools, warehouse operations, briefings, PPE, electrical safety). The app will be updated and expanded based on your suggestions.

✅ Quickly record violations – two buttons are next to each question: "YES" (everything is in order) and "NO" (a violation has been detected). When selecting "NO," a violation text is automatically generated, indicating the regulatory document clause and a recommendation for resolution.

✅ Automatic recommendation generation – based on the selected violations, the program compiles a final document with a table, resolution deadlines, the inspector's signature, and the line "Recommendation received." The date is entered automatically, and the city and inspector's information are entered from the profile.

✅ Save in Word – the completed document is saved in .doc format to your phone's "Documents" folder. The file can be opened and edited in any Office application.

✅ Send by email – with one click, send a recommendation to the organization's manager or trade union committee directly from the app.

✅ View saved recommendations – all saved files are available in a separate section: you can open them for viewing or delete unnecessary ones.

✅ Intuitive interface – everything is in Russian, with clear labels and large buttons. Works without internet access; you can download saved recommendations directly to your computer or send them by email when internet access is available.
