Arqueia: Agenda Cílios e Brows

Full schedule, without living on your phone.

Arqueia is the scheduling app made for eyebrow and lash designers. The client books themselves through your link, pays a deposit, and receives confirmation. You attend to the client—and the app takes care of reminders, messages, and the monthly bill.

24-HOUR ONLINE BOOKING
• Your own link to put in your bio and conversations.

• The client chooses one or more services and sees only the available times.

• The page opens in the browser: the client doesn't need to download anything.

• You receive a notification on your phone for each new booking.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT, FEWER NO-SHOWS
• Define the deposit for each service: fixed value or percentage.

• The client pays via instant payment, with a code ready to copy and paste, and attaches the receipt.

• The time slot is reserved while the deadline runs. You confirm with a tap.

• The money goes directly into your account: the app does not intermediate payments.

CONFIRMATIONS AND READY-MADE MESSAGES
• Every morning the app creates a queue for the day: confirmation of who's coming tomorrow, down payment received, maintenance due, and birthdays.

• One tap opens the client's conversation in your messaging app, with the text already prepared.

• The client confirms their attendance via a link, and the response appears in your calendar.

• Edit each message template to your liking.

MAINTENANCE REMINDER: THE CLIENT RETURNS
• Each service has its maintenance interval (henna, design, lash lifting, eyelash extensions, micropigmentation).

• Upon completion, schedule the return immediately, with the suggested date.

• See how many clients returned via reminder and how much they brought.

CALENDAR AND CLIENTS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
• View of the day and week, who's coming and what they'll be doing.

• New appointments in seconds: client, services, and time.

• Multiple services at the same time, with time and value added together. Add or remove a service later.

• Reschedule, cancel, and record no-shows with what happened to the deposit.

• Client file with history, total spent, and upcoming appointments.

• Anamnesis form with signature and consent form, completed on your cell phone or via link, with PDF.

• Before and after photos saved during the appointment.

BILLING WITHOUT A SPREADSHEET
• How much you received today and this month.

• Separated by service and payment method, with average ticket price.

• Summary of the previous month at the beginning of each month.

OPEN TIME SLOT BECOMES ADVERTISING
• Generate an image with upcoming available time slots and your link, ready to post.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CLIENTS
• In compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

• Export clients, appointments, and anamneses whenever you want.

• No ads.
