Application for mobile phones with iOS or Android operating system that facilitates the interaction of citizens with the city hall. Users of the application can pay local taxes, fees for various services provided by the institution (eg issuance of documents), view the status of documents submitted to the registry of the institution, make appointments to public services of the administration working on the basis of appointments and receive various information sent by the institution. In addition, using the application, citizens could signal to the institution various malfunctions identified in the field.
