With "Comfort Go," your smartphone becomes your landline phone. Customers with a Comfort connection can now take their home with them wherever they go: NetCologne GmbH and NetAachen GmbH offer you the option of making calls using your landline number on your smartphone with "Comfort Go," no matter where you are. With "Comfort Go," you're reachable on your landline number at the office, in a café, or while traveling. And if you happen to miss a call, you can conveniently listen to your NetCologne answering machine message while on the go.

• Use "Comfort Go" to make calls worldwide with your landline number

• "Comfort Go" communicates with our servers using encryption (TSIP/SRTP)

• Information about your phone number and the calls themselves are protected against eavesdropping

• Application-appropriate codecs such as G722 ensure good voice quality

• Use contacts and favorites stored on your smartphone directly from the app

• View all call history
• Use up to ten landline numbers from your IP-based Comfort connection

• Listen to your NetCologne answering machine messages while on the go

Please note the following requirements and information:

• "Comfort Go" is only available to NetCologne and NetAachen customers with an IP-based connection who have booked a Comfort connection

• An existing data connection via Wi-Fi or mobile network is required

• Making calls with "Comfort Go" consumes data volume

• Some mobile network providers also block the use of VoIP services in their networks

• Calls are billed according to your existing phone plan

• A NetCologne or NetAachen mobile contract is not a requirement for use
