Define Rota 3D

Define Rota 3D is a field application developed to examine KMZ analysis layers containing coordinate information in map and augmented reality views.

Select a KMZ file from your phone; the application reads the geographic coordinates and analysis image within the file and places the layer in its actual location.

In map mode, the KMZ layer remains fixed at its coordinates; only the current location point moves as the user walks. In AR mode, the analysis layer is displayed on the camera image with a ground perspective.

Define Rota 3D does not generate a new analysis. Visualizes the current analysis result in the KMZ file selected by the user according to its geographic coordinates.

Positioning accuracy depends on the accuracy of the device's GPS, compass, and motion sensors. The application does not guarantee centimeter-level accuracy. For best results, enable precise positioning and calibrate the device's compass before field use.

Internet connection is required for loading map images and verifying the user account. Camera and location permissions are used for AR viewing.
