Eldora is an app created to help seniors fight loneliness and provide a sense of connection, security and digital care. Users can also add an external administrator - a family member or trusted person - who helps them with settings and security, if necessary, without intruding into private content.

Eldora fights loneliness in several ways: through warm conversations with an AI assistant, meeting people with similar interests, sharing photos and events in a common feed, and through thematic activities specially adapted to the elderly population. Topics such as cooking, health, travel, education, activism and entertainment are opened every day, which give users an incentive to get out of the house, get involved online or find new company and motivation.

In addition to the social part, Eldora also offers practical digital care functions: medication and appointment reminders, a viewable personal calendar, a private space for notes and memories, and secure sharing options. Everything is designed so that users have a feeling of safety and ease, without worrying about pressing something wrong or losing it.

Eldora uses simple questionnaires inspired by the EU Loneliness Survey methodology, which help to monitor users' well-being and provide small suggestions for greater satisfaction and connection. Thus, the users receive mild but constant support in reducing loneliness.
