Flarewatch: Rosacea Tracker APP

Nothing sets your face off on its own. It had accomplices — the sun on the walk, the glass of red, the hot shower, the week that would not let up. By the time your cheeks are burning, the afternoon that caused it is already a blur.

Flarewatch is a quiet log that keeps track for you.

QUICK TO LOG
An exposure takes about fifteen seconds. A flare takes two taps — how bad it is, and roughly when it started, because the worst ones get logged late. What kind it was — a flush, bumps, stinging, dryness — is one more tap and always optional. That is the whole design constraint: a diary you stop feeding tells you nothing, so this one asks for as little as possible. Sun, heat, cold wind, alcohol, spicy food, hot drinks, stress, exercise, a new product — tap what applies, or type your own.

SLOW TO BLAME
Rosacea advice is full of confident lists of triggers that are not your triggers. Flarewatch does not guess. It waits until it has enough of your own days to work from, shows you how much evidence is behind every answer, and says plainly when it does not know yet.

When a suspect does show up, you can see why: how often it was followed by a flare, how often it was not, how much of it you had that day, and what else was going on. A week when stress or your cycle was doing the work can be set aside in one tap, and the answer recalculated without it. It also catches pairs that look harmless alone and only cause trouble together — the wine that is fine until it is a warm room as well.

Because flushing can start within minutes and same-day exposures stack up, Flarewatch looks at a twelve-hour window rather than the hour-or-two a food diary would use. And because a flush and a crop of bumps are not the same event on the same clock, you can ask the app about one kind at a time.

PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION
No account. No sign-up. No cloud. No ads, ever. Your log is a file on your phone and nowhere else — there is no server to send it to, because there is no server. Export a full backup whenever you want, as JSON or CSV, and delete everything from inside the app if you are done. Your skin is nobody else's business.

FREE FOR 30 DAYS, THEN ONE PAYMENT, FOREVER
Everything unlocked for a month. After that, one payment — no subscription, no ads, all future updates included. Your history and your export stay readable whether you pay or not.

Thirty days because that is how long it honestly takes. Dermatologists ask patients to keep a trigger diary for two weeks or more before anything becomes visible, and a shorter trial would expire before you had seen the thing you would be paying for.
