Four Worlds: Kabbalah

Kabbalah describes reality as unfolding through four worlds: Atzilut, emanation; Beriah, creation; Yetzirah, formation; and Asiyah, action.

The four worlds are stacked on the home screen, each with its own living field. Enter a world to read what the tradition says about it: its letter of the divine name, its level of soul, its place in the system. Then ascend. In the Ascent you rise from the world of action to the world of emanation as the field around you simplifies: things, then movement, then form, then light alone. Choose 10, 20 or 30 minutes, or go untimed, and return gently at the end.
