Gadim Courier is the work app for delivery drivers of the "Shashlyk ot dyadi Gadima" restaurant chain. It is used by staff who deliver orders to guests in Aktau and Atyrau. Access is granted by the restaurant administrator: you cannot sign in until your request is approved.

What the app does

Shift. The courier goes on shift with a single button. While the shift is running, new orders from their city arrive, and the dispatcher sees who is on the line. Once the shift ends, orders stop coming.

Order feed. Free orders are visible to every courier in the city. The card shows the delivery address, the amount, the payment method and the distance from the pickup point. An order is taken with the "Take order" button, after which it disappears for everyone else so that two couriers never drive to the same address.

Working an order. The order screen has a map, call and WhatsApp buttons for the guest, a route in the navigator, the order contents and the comment. Statuses change step by step: picked up from the kitchen, on the way to the customer, delivered. The guest sees these statuses in their own app.

Handover. On the last step the app shows the amount to collect in cash and calculates the change. A photo report can be attached: the picture goes to the restaurant work group. The order is closed by the courier's confirmation.

Notifications. The courier learns about a new order right away, even when the app is in the background.

Statistics. The profile shows how many orders were delivered today, this week and this month, the share of completed deliveries, and how much cash was collected during the day.

The app works only with a courier account issued by the restaurant and is not intended for ordering food. To order dishes, use the main "Shashlyk ot dyadi Gadima" app.
