Gestão concursos Quadrix

Quadrix Concurso is the work application for teams contracted to administer public service exams and selection processes organized by Quadrix.

IMPORTANT: This application is not intended for candidates and does not allow them to check their registration, exam location, answer key, or results. Access is restricted to designated employees, with registrations previously created by Quadrix.

WHO IT'S FOR
Coordinators, supervisors, room supervisors, proctors, readers, sign language interpreters, and other roles designated to work on the day of the exam.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Your appointments
View the events you have been confirmed for, including your role, exam location, school, building, floor, room, arrival time, and the supervisor responsible for your team.

• Attendance check-in
Register your arrival by scanning the QR code on your participation badge.

• Attendance Log
Supervisors and coordinators record the start and end of work for the team under their responsibility, searching by name or CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and reading the badge.

• Checking Absent Candidates
The room supervisor reports how many candidates were absent and scans the badge of each absent candidate. The application scans until the reported number is reached and immediately notifies if a code is repeated.

• Answer Sheet Delivery
Supervision and coordination record the receipt of envelopes by room, indicating who delivered them and noting any discrepancies.

• Ombudsman/Complaints Service
Send a complaint to the Quadrix internal team, identified or anonymously.

HOW TO ACCESS
Log in with your registered email and password. It is also possible to receive a temporary access code by email, providing your CPF and registered email address.

PERMISSIONS
• Camera: used exclusively to read QR codes on the participation badge and the badges of absent candidates. Permission is only requested when you open a reader. No photos or videos are captured, recorded, or sent — the image is processed on the device itself, and only the code text is transmitted.

• Internet and network status: communication with Quadrix servers and notification when the device is offline.

The application does not request location, contacts, files, microphone, calendar, SMS, or call history. It does not collect device identifiers and does not contain third-party advertising, tracking, or behavioral analysis.

PRIVACY
